The following items cannot be exchanged or returned

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept the returns of:

  • Perishable goods (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Return conditions

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
