1. Information about our products

Corial Sport reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products offered to customers through the website and may add new products to those included on the website. Unless otherwise provided, such new products will be governed by the provisions of the Conditions that are in force at that time.

2. How to purchase

To proceed with the purchase of the product, the customer must select the size of the product they wish to buy and add it to the Cart. After selecting the size of the products to be purchased, the customer must click the “Cart” icon. Next, the products selected for purchase will be indicated and the customer must choose from the available options for sending the products to the indicated address and the method of payment thereof. The data provided to Corial Sport through the corresponding form are identifying elements to access and make purchases and are personal and non-transferable.

3. Payment options

The payment methods accepted are: Credit or Debit card.

4. Shipping

Shipments are generally made by private courier service. For customers whose shipments are destined for other countries, the National or International Postal Service may be chosen.

5. TAX

Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.

6. Price

The products will be sold at the price indicated at the time the customer confirms the order. Corial Sport may modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.

7. Modification of conditions

Corial Sport reserves the right to review and modify these conditions at any time. The customer will be subject to the policies and conditions in force at the time they access the website.

9. Use of website

The customer agrees to use this page only to make purchases or inquiries.

10. Responsibility

Corial Sport is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders, or the impossibility of carrying them out when the cause is due to force majeure and, therefore, beyond our control. This includes, among other causes of force majeure: strikes, accidents, incorrect delivery address added by the customer, natural disasters.

11. Data protection

By accessing the website, the customer authorizes Corial Sport to use their personal information. All information provided is confidential. Corial Sport will process this data in accordance with the provisions of the LOPD and other applicable laws and guarantee that the information is collected following all the necessary security measures. Corial Sport uses cookies in its internal operating processes. Possible conflicts related to this website will be governed exclusively by the law of the Spanish State, the courts of Barcelona being the only competent courts. All users of the website, regardless of the territorial jurisdiction from which access occurs, accepts compliance with and respect for these clauses, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them. In the event that website users make purchases and have the status of consumers, judicial jurisdiction will correspond to the judges and courts of the customer’s domicile.

14. Returns and exchanges

You have a 14-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE upon receipt of your order, returning the amount paid 14 days after receipt and validation of the product(s):

A product cannot be returned if it has already been used.
The articles must be new, unused and in their original packaging and seals at the time of return. (Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging of the items received is in poor condition. It must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, being suitable for sale.)
Do not use seals directly on the articles.
